This Saison recipe kit comes with every pre measured ingredient you need to brew Martin's Saison, a 5 gallon all grain batch, from grain to glass. Saison began as a farmhouse beer of Wallonia, the French speaking south of Belgium, brewed through the cooler months and stored for the seasonal farm workers who drank it across the summer harvest.
